Bridget Ahart
Bridget grew up in Harrisburg, Arkansas. After high school, she went on to graduate from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas with degrees in Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Communications. Bridget has worked in supply chain and retail with Walmart and Tyson for over 15 years.
While building a career, Bridget married Matt and grew their family by two additions – their son Elijah and daughter ShilohMax. Now, Bridget enjoys working alongside Matt at E&S ensuring client satisfaction!
Bridget is passionate about engaging in the community with Matt and teaching their kids how to have strong work ethics, be team players, and contribute to the positive growth of Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas to ensure long-term stability for generations to come!

Matt Ahart
Matt Ahart is the Principal Broker for E&S Properties. After years of working, learning, and growing in the robust NWA Real Estate Market as a Commercial Agent, Matt acquired his Real Estate Broker License in 2020. As the Principal Broker for E&S Properties, Matt is highly seasoned in large scale Real Estate transactions in NWA. Matt brings more than 14 years of Industrial and Commercial Development to the firm. He has a broad base of experience in development, sales, budgeting, strategic planning, marketing
and new business development. Matt has a wide range of knowledge and experience in concept design, construction, and development of Industrial and Commercial Real Estate.
